4. Orders & Payments

- Unpaid reservations may be cancelled without notice

5. Shipping & Delivery

- Rich Tita Fine Jewelry shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, force majeure events, or incorrect shipping details provided by the reseller
- Risk transfers to the reseller upon turnover to the courier
Resellers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Due to the nature of fine jewelry:
- Strictly no return or refund for change of mind
- Exchanges may only be considered for verified manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours from receipt
- Items showing signs of misuse, alteration, or physical damage are not eligible for exchange
All concerns must include clear photos/videos for evaluation.

- Claim ownership of the brand
- Use misleading advertisements
- Create fake promotions, guarantees, or unauthorized statements

9. Confidentiality
Resellers agree not to disclose confidential business information including:

- Internal business processes
- Exclusive reseller incentives
Unauthorized disclosure may result in legal action and permanent termination.
10. Termination of Reseller Access

Termination may occur without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
